These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of www.jigiweb.com
(the “Site”). This Site is owned and operated by JigiWeb.
This Site provides information about, and enables the purchase of, bespoke website design, build, content writing, and related digital services.
By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.
Intellectual Property
All content published and made available on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, branding, documents, downloadable files, and website design elements relating specifically to www.jigiweb.com, is the intellectual property of JigiWeb or its licensors.
Intellectual property created for a client as part of a website build remains the property of JigiWeb until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final website content and design created specifically for the client transfers to the client, excluding any third-party software, plugins, themes, fonts, or licensed assets.
JigiWeb retains the right to display completed client work for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accounts
Visitors to this Site are not required to create an account in order to browse or make enquiries.
Where access credentials are provided as part of a website build or maintenance service, these relate solely to the client’s own website and not to an account on the JigiWeb Site.
Sales of Goods and Services
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods and services available on our Site.
The following services are available on our Site:
Website design, build, content writing, and optional website maintenance services
The services will be paid for in full at the time the services are ordered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all goods and services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it, including services listed as out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images provided are as accurate as possible, but we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy. You agree to purchase goods and services from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel your order whenever necessary. If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, you will receive a refund equal to the amount paid. It is your responsibility to monitor your payment method to verify receipt of any refund.
All services provided by JigiWeb are bespoke and tailored to the client’s specific requirements. As such, timelines, outcomes, and results may vary depending on client input, third-party services, and technical constraints beyond our control.
Third Party Goods and Services
Our Site may offer goods and services from third parties. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, accuracy, or continued operation of any third-party goods or services, including but not limited to hosting providers, domain registrars, plugins, themes, software tools, or external platforms. Any issues arising from third-party services fall outside the control of JigiWeb.

This package typically includes:
A homepage
An about page
Up to two service or product pages, or one service or product page and one location page
A contact page with a contact form

The £399 Package is a one-off fee covering the initial website build only. Ongoing costs such as hosting, domain registration, third-party services, or optional add-ons are not included unless explicitly stated.
Any requests for additional pages, features, or functionality beyond what is included in The £399 Package will be quoted separately.
All written content is produced based on the information supplied by the client. The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all content prior to publication. JigiWeb is not responsible for inaccuracies, omissions, or legal compliance issues arising from client-provided information.
JigiWeb does not provide legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice, and makes no guarantees regarding industry-specific compliance. Clients operating in regulated industries are responsible for ensuring their website content meets all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Reasonable revisions to content and layout are included during the build phase. Excessive revisions or changes that materially alter the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods:
Bank transfer
By providing your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due using your chosen payment method.
If we believe your payment violates any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse the transaction.
Specialist Features
If your website requires specialist features that incur additional costs, you will be invoiced separately before work begins. Payment must be made in full prior to website handover and admin access being granted.
If you choose third-party features that require annual subscriptions, it is your responsibility to ensure renewals are paid to maintain functionality.
Specialist features may include:
Third-party plugins
Custom in-house coded features
Ownership or administrative access to the website will not be transferred to the client until all outstanding invoices relating to specialist features have been paid in full.
Additional Features
Any features requested after the initial website build will be quoted separately.
Where JigiWeb provides ongoing maintenance services, any plugins, features, or code additions must be installed or implemented by JigiWeb or with our prior written approval to maintain security and stability.
Unauthorised modifications that pose a security, performance, or legal risk may result in temporary suspension of maintenance services until the issue is resolved. No refunds will be due in relation to such suspension.
Website Links
By purchasing a website package from JigiWeb, the customer agrees to include a discreet “Built by JigiWeb” notice in the website footer linking back to the JigiWeb homepage.
The customer also agrees to display a small footer link to Complianz, our consent management partner.
Removal of these footer links without written consent constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Time Scales
Our standard five-week delivery timeframe begins once your completed business questionnaire has been received.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be extended where delays are caused by late client responses, incomplete information, content approval delays, or changes to the agreed scope of work.
Website Maintenance
JigiWeb may offer an optional website maintenance package.
Where a maintenance package is purchased, it is provided on a 12-month fixed-term contract commencing on the agreed start date.
Payment for the maintenance package is made by standing order and must be received in accordance with the agreed payment schedule. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that standing order payments are set up correctly and remain active for the duration of the contract term.
The maintenance package typically includes routine website updates, security monitoring, software updates, and basic technical support, as outlined at the time of purchase. The exact scope of maintenance services will be confirmed prior to commencement.
The maintenance package does not include new features, design changes, content creation, performance optimisation, SEO services, or issue resolution caused by third-party software, unauthorised changes, or external factors. Any work outside the agreed maintenance scope will be quoted separately.
The maintenance package is non-cancellable during the 12-month term. Early termination by the client does not entitle the client to a refund of any payments made or relief from outstanding payments due for the remainder of the contract term.
JigiWeb reserves the right to suspend maintenance services where payments are missed or overdue until payment is brought up to date.
Maintenance services do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the website and do not constitute an insurance or uptime guarantee.
Advertising Rights
We reserve the right to use your name, logo, and website as examples of work completed by JigiWeb, including case studies and marketing material. Your website will not be used for any purpose other than demonstrating work completed by JigiWeb.
Right to Cancel and Refunds
If you are a consumer located in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have a statutory right to cancel a contract within 14 days of purchase under applicable consumer protection law.
This right does not apply once work has begun on bespoke or personalised services. All websites provided by JigiWeb are custom-made to the client’s requirements.
By placing an order and expressly requesting that work begins within the 14-day cancellation period, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your statutory right to cancel once the service has commenced.
Once work on a website has started, no refunds will be offered, whether partial or full.
If no work has commenced and you wish to exercise your right to cancel within the statutory period, you must notify us in writing by email at hello@jigiweb.com.
Consumer Protection Law
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JigiWeb shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, loss of business, or third-party service failures.
Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
JigiWeb makes no guarantees regarding website performance, search engine rankings, traffic levels, conversions, sales, or business outcomes. Any such results depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, user behaviour, third-party hosting environments, third-party software, and external platforms. JigiWeb is not responsible for issues arising from plugins, themes, or services provided and maintained by third parties.
Force Majeure
JigiWeb shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, cyberattacks, hosting provider outages, internet failures, or third-party service disruptions.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JigiWeb against any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your website content, your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England.
